Welcome to The Purple Tee
These Terms of Service govern your use of thepurpletee.store (the "Site") and the purchase of products from The Purple Tee. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
We're here to build bridges, not walls. These terms are written in plain language because we believe transparency starts with clarity.
1. Who We Are
The Purple Tee is a mission-driven print-on-demand storefront. We sell apparel that promotes conversation, common ground, and humanity-first values. We partner with Printful for fulfillment and Stripe for payment processing.
2. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll send you an email confirmation, but that doesn't mean we've accepted your order yet. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your payment information. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated, and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping
Products are printed on-demand by Printful after you order. This means your item is made just for you, which takes a bit longer but reduces waste. Typical production time is 2-7 business days, plus shipping time based on the option you select at checkout.
We ship to addresses in the United States and internationally where Printful operates. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other events outside our control.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order. If there's a problem with your item (defect, damage, wrong item), contact us at orders@thepurpletee.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right—whether that's a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Because items are printed on-demand, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check your size and design before ordering.
5. Impact & Donations
A portion of every sale supports causes aligned with our mission: conversation, common ground, and humanity-first values. The specific donation model (percentage or fixed amount) is disclosed on product pages and our Impact page.
Donations are made periodically to vetted organizations. We publish transparency reports with receipts on our Impact page. Donations are not tax-deductible for customers—they're part of our business model, not a pass-through charitable contribution.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, slogans, logos, and content on the Site are owned by The Purple Tee or licensed to us. You can't reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
When you buy a product, you're purchasing the physical item—not the right to reproduce the design.
7. User Conduct
Don't use the Site to do anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive. Don't try to hack, scrape, or abuse the Site. Don't impersonate us or anyone else. Be decent.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties about the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem, let's talk it out. Email us at orders@thepurpletee.com. If we can't resolve it informally, any disputes will be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that location.
We believe in conversation over conflict. Let's keep it purple.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.
